Hi,

Some of you may know that I sold 'Beethoven', my 1990 Westy, about 3 months ago. Beethoven is now happily living in Nevada.

About 2 weeks ago, I found a 1991 syncro westy for sale in Santa Rosa. 76,000 miles, a little banged up. (It needs a new bumper, but I want to get the Projektzwo bumpers anyhow. It also needs some various dings taken out, and some fairly significant repair to one of the rain gutters.) It cost $19,000 which I considered a good price for the bay area.

The folks selling it were a catholic priest and nun, who had 'retired' and married! Very cool people... they summer in Alaska, fish, and hunt. They called the van 'St. John', but I'm renaming it in favor of both my favorite saint and favorite talking equine. I hope that Francis and I will meet you on the roads (and off!)

Thanks to everyone who helped me in my search. I really appreciate it.

Ron
