To me it just sounds like the rep didn't know why the Vanagon wasn't listed
and just made up a story to explain this.  I run into this all the time
dealing with parts distributors.  Instead of saying "I don't know" they make
up some elaborate fairy tale and I usually roll my eyes and hold the phone
away from my ear so as to not get any on me (if you know what I mean).


Put a set of the plus 4s in a brand new rebuilt 2.1l a few months ago and it
is running excellent.
