Put the spare on and just drive it. That little bit won't ruin a VC. Keep the speed down on the pavement. It's the high speed, high temp for extended periods with the VC engaging that dpoes the damage.

You could air down and get the vehicle level if it was a problem on the pavement. Is that the answer? steve
