This tire definitely does not have a load index sufficient for the rear axle of the Westfalia Vanagon. Try finding 215/75R14 tires (Goodyear Integrity is an example), they are not that common but they normally have a 98 load index. Unfortunately these tires usually cannot be inflated above 35psi. I am running Cooper Lifeliner STE tires which can be inflated to 44psi.
