The mirror glass is interchangeable. You local dealer should be able to get the flat one (just don't tell them you want the right, but the left!). If you adjust the mirror fully 'in' or 'out', you will see a small tab protruding beside the glass, this is part of a circular ring that retains the mirror glass. Using a flat screwdriver or other similar blunt object, turn the ring counter-clockwise until it releases it's hold on the glass. Unplug two wires for the heat element, and install the new one in reverse of the above.
