I'm currently using a D1L diesel Eberspacher heater in my 85 westy (gasoline). It's mounted under the rear seat to the left of my rear heater core. I mounted removable fuel bottles under the seat also. I could get some photos of the install if anyone interested.

If anyone is interested in one of these heaters, i know of a few more for sale. I paid $500 for mine including thermostat, wiring, exhaust tubing (everything). pmail me if you're interested (HURLEY@ACX.COM)

All parts are readily available through Espar and i just recieved four different (detailed) manuals, troubleshooting guides, parts book at no cost from Espar!

OOPS. Looks like there was 1 too many '0's on the cataloge I was reading. Yupp 300-500 is all I can find, then that would make it 120 12v heaters to equal 1 BA6.. WOW..
