Ron Semko's message about running the engine until the pipes are hot holds merit. It the two metals are sufficiently dissemilar, hpefully the round hole in the pipe will open larger than the diameter of the O2 sensor, thereby loosening the sensor somewhat. Alittle oil or was might be especially helpful then, or it may just burn off. Depends on how how the pipe is. John Rodgers "88GL Driver
