Three incidents of damage doesn't make the car a lemon just maybe the drivers. Every day thousands of car are sold nationwide that have been damaged in accidents. Some small used car dealers deal almost exclusively in cars that have been bought from insurance companies and repaired. It is completely legal to sell a repaired automobile provided that no obvious safety defects are hidden from the buyer. Sites like this use information scanned from police accident reports, insurance accident reports, etc. Most people who rely on used automobiles for their transportation needs will have had at least one or two that previously was in an accident. No need to get excited about something this common. If one of our own vehicles is damaged in an accident and we choose to have it repaired would we consider it a lemon???????
