Hi All, I once had a 85 Westy and it got about 21 to 23mpg at close to sea level where I live. We took it back to Colorado and watched the mileage and while were in Colorado it was getting 26-27. I couldn't believe it. I went through 3 tanks of gas there and there was no mistake in checking mileage. When we came back down the normal lower mileage returned. I always wondered about that.
