Subject: Vanagon Spell Checker Alert! (F)
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

I ran the Hotmail spell checker on an email I was sending to a friend about my Vanagon. It highlighted 'Vanagon' as a misspelled word, and offered the alternate spelling: Vagina.

This means potentially that some very sticky situations could be just a click away, and I wanted to make the list aware of this dangerous connection immediately.

For example, if you send a post asking "How much can I reasonably expect to fit in my Vanagon?" or "Does anyone else's Vanagon have the leaks that mine does?".....And THEN if you used the spell checker and accidently CLICKED!!!!!.........Well, you see the problems that could result.

I do not think this is some organized prank by Microsoft to embarrass us. And I trust you know that I could not possibly make this up.(It really happened!)
