1) Try a cork down from the inside. Worked for me for over 2 years. A minor hassle but better than no water at all. 2) put a screw clam around the bottom of the drain pipe then an expanding hull plug up from the bottom. The screw clamp is to keep the drain pipe from splitting from the force of the hull plug.
