Agreed, HK. The only answere I have is to add some balance to the picture. It is human nature, or so it seems to screem our complaints, and whisper our praises. Perhaps we should scream our praises a bit more. Like I said in my work the grief ends up on my desk. When things go wrong my phone rings. I get very few atta-boys when something has gone right.
