Agreed, HK.

The only answere I have is to add some balance to the picture. It is human nature, or so it seems to screem our complaints, and whisper our praises. Perhaps we should scream our praises a bit more.

Like I said in my work the grief ends up on my desk. When things go wrong my phone rings. I get very few atta-boys when something has gone right. The only thing I have is to look out the window and remember that all those customers who don't call are the praises that balance the screams in my ear.
