I have these for $50 each and they are German and come with the seals for the
pipes going into the pump as well.  It is about a 4 hour job that anyone with
decent mechanical skills and a normal tool supply could do.  I would invest
in a u-joint swivel to get at those waterpump nuts near the crank pulley
though.
