I am fairly certain that I saw Jerry respond to your email earlier today but have forwarded this to him tonight just in case I am mistaken. I believe that his response was that he did not get your original email, and he asked you to resend it. But I'll let him confirm that directly with you; I'm writing from home now (1 AM) and can't confirm it myself. I apologize that it took 2 working days to get back to you via email, but I also want to repeat, again, that this is within our normal time frame. We ask that you allow 1-2 working days for email response (not counting automated order confirmation, which occurs within minutes of placing an order via the website, and is then followed up by a personal e-mail). If you need a faster response, or want to place a rush order, PLEASE CALL.

I have to admit frustration when I see complaints like this, having said this so many times before. We were manning the phones for 8 hours today. Certainly we were not inaccessable. Telephone, not e-mail, is the best way to reach us if you are in somewhat of a rush. You will not get voice mail. If you call during business hours (11-7 e.s.t.) you will get a live person. The phone number is repeated below for your convenience. I am sorry that we can't always provide same-day e-mail response, although we do try. If our email response time is insufficient for your needs, please do not hesitate to call.

Incidentally, we have hired on extra help, and are now back up to normal speed with regard to shipping, order processing, etc. As far as I know, the website, too, is working as it should be.
