Well, Dave, here you are publicly blasting Bus Depot for "not responding,
etc." You feel like you deserve better service on a $200 order. Seems
they didn't respond for what really amounts to about one and a half
business days, according to your postings. Do I not deserve good service
for a $15 order?
There was no urgent time concern. It turns out you are off galavanting
around the country in airliners and bitching from your hotel room in CT in
some casino that your parts are not on your doorstep in AZ -- where your
van sits.
For crying out loud man, you weren't home anyway, and had no way to install
your pop top seal and other. You don't even have time to use the van, you
said. Whether your order is there a day or two earlier or later simply
will not change the fact that you will not even be home. There was no
emergency, no pressing time constraints. It is impossible for you to use
the parts until your 3.5 day weekend, which has not arrived. Why attack
Bus Depot?
Why come down so hard on Bus Depot for not responding for a couple of days?
Bus Depot has to serve just a couple of more folks than yourself, one
would imagine. But now, you take it upon yourself to immediately publish
negative comments to this list, and force people like myself to read this crap.
Dave, I'm sorry you feel so mistreated. Perhaps you should try running a
business yourself. Perhaps you could give others a better quality customer
service.
For me, I think your slamming BD without reasonable cause is defamation.
Ron Salmon should send you a bill for the damage you attempted to do to his
business. The guy works his butt off to make a living and still provide
fair prices and great products. As far as I know, all of our vendors on
this list do the same. I think your defamapost was uncalled for, and
that's my opinion.
Perhaps you can reflect on the seriousness of this situation from the hotel
casino this evening.
