Never did I say that they were a bad shop, all I had said was that they had not replied to the problems I had while trying to place an order, and was left wondering if my order ever got processed, did I need to source this stuff elsewhere, will there be funds to cover the bill, did my stuff go to the bit bucket?

Everything I have read about them on this list has been of a good nature, and thats why I tried to order from them. I have been trying to figure out what was going wrong, with me, with them, with the electrons. etc. It looks like I got to test the 'exception processing' elements of his sales procedure--I always seem to get to test those exception processes for some reason or another.

I did place my order, its scheduled to be shipped tomorrow (wed.). Ron seemed to be very cordial and polite. and now that my expectations have been fully managed, if he is willing to allow me to do business with him in the future, I will be more then happy to send my money his way, if not I respect that. Just as everyone else has said, he is a reputable distributor, and probably still overworked. As I said before, it just appears that I got to be an exception to the normal process of which I didnt know what the normal process was to begin with.

This is my story, and i'm sticking to it.

End of thread-- all comments via private mail please. -Dave
