There are several units like this one available in the car audio department! I did a quick check and found units from companies like Kenwood http://www.kenwoodusa.com/cat_comp.htm?p_Prod_ID=%2A&p_HotButton=Everything+you%92ve+got&p_ProductDivision=Mobile+Electronics&p_ProductCategory=Mobile+Video&p_View=cat%5Ffeat%2Ehtm (do a little copy and paste), and Sony http://www.sel.sony.com/SEL/consumer/ss5/generic/mobileav/video/index.shtml

Of course, several other renowned car audio manufacturers offer the same things, and most of their products double, triple etc. as AM/FM radios, cd-players, navi-systems, sound processors and on and on.
