My favorite elevator humor has a technical twist:

carry the spray nozzle and tap line from a spray bottle, and have the line and nozzle full of water. Stand in the back of the elevator, and once the car fills with business drones, cup your hands strategically around you mouth to conceal the sprayer, feign a huge SNEEZE, while spraying a fine mist across the back of a few necks...tee-hee.
