This size is too small for a Vanagon. Orig equip is 185/80-14 (when there is no height listed, it's by default 80) or 205/70-14 which is same rolling diameter.

The Hakka you want is the "10." See http://www.nokiantires.com/html/hakka10C.html It doesn't say reinforced but it does say 8 ply. I've had some for several years and they are really heavy duty tires. Don't know why this is not linked from web site. I had to break document out of frame and then display directory to find.
