the problem was that they (FASTGERMAN)have NO CLUE what customer service is,
this whole process took 3 1/2 weeks to be resoved, and they offered NO
COMPENSATION for his down time(2 weeks)! I'd be bent if i had to walk to
work for two weeks because of someone else's mistake!
Besides BUSDEPOT's employees are far more knowledgeable, and helpful!!
maybe FASTGERMAN is OK for inlines, but not for my Vanagon!
