On my '86 audi 5k Turbo (which originally had the 15x6et45), i have 16x7 et37 five spoke silver alloys from a A8 on the front (to clear tie rod ends better, tho it isnt necessary) and 16x7 et 45 five spoke silver alloys from a A4 on the back. i have not seen any A8 wheels with a 42mm offset, full size steel, or alloy. usually they're 30 something mm (being either the 16' or the 17"). But - they look identical to the A4 wheels, so maybe it could have been one of those? PS, today i saw a '98 up Passat with a set of A4 wheels on it...looked pretty sharp.. chris |
