Well, Björn, as you pointed out, it's out of print, and it was worth $75 dollars to me when I bought it, and I thought I would offer it for what I paid for it. Had I known you had one for sale for $20, I'd have gladly bought yours. Which would have been better, just keep a publication I have no further use for instead of offering it to the list, or sell it at a large loss? Which would you do, Björn??
