Hi,

I personally enjoy following your saga, and I am proud of you for standing up to VW's customer service department. Your documentation efforts are impressive. A month or so ago, there was a tan 99 EV GL automatic at Black VW in Greenesboro NC. It had been there for months. (1-800-451-8274). On the way back from our trip to the mountains 2 weeks ago, I saw a blue one at a VW dealership in Winston-Salem, I think. You could see the dealership from the interstate (I-40) and it was right next door to, or a part of, an Audi dealership -- the way it should be!

Good Luck,

Michael Townsend
