Subject:      Windshield Washer Spray Head Repair

In the recent past I have asked about removing the spray heads
for the window washer on my '86. They would not work because they
were clogged.

Last weekend I had an air compressor out and decided to use it on
the spray heads. It worked! I got the air spray attachment, pointed it
down the hole and blasted away. It took three tries to get them
totally cleaned out, but now they work great.

I didn't try this but it my work if you don't have a compressor
with an air sprayer attachment.

Cut the air fitting from an old inner tube. Put it over the
spray head and use the tire air at a filling station to blast out
the clog.

Be sure to wear safety goggles and don't be surprised it something
breaks. This procedure is only for thoes willing to accept the
risks involved. No warrenty is expressed or implied. Your mileage
may vary. Void in Wisconson and Deleware. Keep left. No waiting.
