Hi Ron and all, hope you recovered from the 0 compression finding meanwhile. Understood that you removed the engine so should I tell that you get the heads off without pulling the engine? When I 1st found 0 compression on #3 of my 80 Westy I removed the engine too but later I figured that you only have to raise the back of the car by about 2ft, lower the engine/tranny without loosening the front tranny mount, and you get the plates around the heads off. Did that 3 times so far - works fine. Good luck with your girlfriend, Michael Germany 80 Westy 86 GL
