No, ball joints and boots are manufactured as a unit. Besides, the major cost is in labor for removing and replacing the joint and aligning the car afterwards. No point in doing all this just to replace the boot even if they did exist.

If your boot is torn pack as much of the heaviest waterproof grease you can find (boat trailer bearing grease is good) around the ball and drive until you wear it out. Start saving your pennies now and you will have enough dough to fix it, it should hold together for awhile depending on how much off-roading you do.

I have had tears in mine now for about five years, but I don't off-road.
