& by extension of this logic (?) I oughta be able to fly an F-16 at the
local AFB, 'enjoy' the accommodations at a nearby jail, sail to Hawaii on
the next outbound aircraft carrier...as taxpayers we get to pay for lots of
things we can't use directly, but that benefit us all as a society.
