In reference to the slider step on our van, YES it did come from Bus Boys in CA. Volkawagen made a step for the older bus, we had one on our '72 which was OE but they didn't make one for the Vanagon. The Bus Boys version works and fits every bit as well but they didn't put much thought into "finishing" off the brackets that fit into the jack points, they are just functional, no design.
