Uh, Ken, the euro lights don't blind oncoming traffic, or else they wouldn't be legal here, would they? Of course, the RHD lights may do that when used in LHD traffic, but that is because of their asymmetrical nature. If the H4 lights blind other traffic, they are not aligned or the bulb is installed improperly.
