I am a bit confused about the light package for the '86 and later Vanagons.
Do they look similar to the DOT lights or do they have an additional
component - city lights?  Could someone refer me to a picture on the web.
If this component optional or built-in?  Is the change to the DOT-bulb
connector a plug-on or a cut-and-splice?
