You don't have to replace the whole fridge, just the 220V heater attached to the exhaust pipe. They are replaceable anyway, if they get broken.

Maybe there is a converter from 220V to 12V to load the battery, replace it by a 110V to 12V.

I guess, all bulbs and fluorescence lights are made to be feed at 12V.
