Pretty weird, possibly a plugged up vent. Look for a plastic cap somewhere on top of the transaxle and make sure it is clean. If it is blocked then the sump could be getting pressurized and fluid will blow out the filler tube. You should also be able to attach a clean hose to the fill tube and blow into it. There should be little if any resistance to your blowing air. If this is not it, then there is a problem in the hydraulic system, perhaps a stuck relief valve somewhere. I don't know that much about auto trannys, you might have to take it to someone who does.
