from what i can figure yoshi is trying to give away the propane tank. generally aren't shippers rather unwilling to ship any containers with flammable contents? dunno if they will make an exceptions if you let all the propane out..

I give Propan tank which became un-necessity. But, the delivery is Japan area. Because, it is very heavy and maybe Int'l shipping cost is much expensive. I wish nothing to you.
