I used Safelite Auto Glass the last time I had a Vanagon windshield replaced.
 They come to your home, replace the glass and the seal and are gone in less
than 30 mins.  You can even get the glass with the tinted strip at the top.
Cost was around $145 (which is less than buying the windshield and the seal
and having it shipped to you).
They are a nation-wide chain so you shouldn't have a problem finding one
close to you.
