The swivels should be easy to install. The lower part of the swivels must be cut away from the donor vehicle. I hear a Milwakee Sawzall or similar works good. Of course they will also have to be welded back into your van. As long as head room isn't a problem for you you can use your original seats. The tracks and undercarriage match perfectly. The non swivel seats are thicker than the ones that were mated with the swivels, so like I said if headroom is an issue, you may want to try and find some nice westy seats to use.
