Yes, I drive with the stock ratio of 4.86:1, but I have P225/60-16s installed on there for a total of 27" tall - the "Syncro 16" came with LT205R80 or 6.5R80 tires installed for a total height of 29".

Do you need a different differential, no, I don't notice any difference at all - 100km/h = 3200pm which is perfectly fine for me. No acceration problems, quite happy actually!
