There is no knob for that...it is an outlet for 12v. You can find a variety of accessories for that type of outlet through companies that sell to folks who REALLY rely on their vehicles: Harley-Davidson, John Deere, Kenworth, etc.

I have an 1982 manual, but doubt that I would have the time to scan it before the next ice age. I think some of the list vendors sell them at reasonable prices, (or maybe I'm just imagining that).
