that this list is more of a community then some tech only list. I don't
remember the month, but I joined back in 97. I'm still a newbie :-)
We bought this fixer-upper 2.5 bedroom 1942 built home for a good dollar
amount. My wife wanted it. I didn't cause of the amount of work needed to
fixer-up. She one, so now I am fixing up this place. Because the weather
stayed so warm and beautiful, I worked on the outside (replacing doors,
windows, etc.) I fixed up one of the bedrooms so my kids would get inside
the home as the weather started getting colder. The kids complained because
they really enjoy sleeping in the penthouse (that's what we call the upper
bunk area of our westy.) So now over three months have passed by and the
wife and I are living in the westy still. (reason for the heavy breathng)
<grin> I am about a week away from finishing the other bedroom that now
the kids want because of the larger size. <shrug> Anyway, our westy is home
for two of us and with the weather getting colder and it is snowing right
now, we are having a moisture problem in our bus. So with all the feedback
that I got, for right now anyway, I am going to pop the top more often and
leave a window cracked open for now. Lets see if that helps. I do have long
term plans to put in a propane heater, but not yet. I'm currently waiting
on another listmember to send me another propane tank.....
I thank everyone who responded to my post. I received good advise and some
humor also <grin>
