First things first:  Happy Thanksgiving to all.

I have a 1987 Westfalia with a blown engine.
I'm no mechanic, so I'm having it fixed.
You don't want to know what it's going to cost!

Since I'm pouring all this money into our Westfalia,
we just can't let it go, my wife is insisting that I
find a middle seat for it.

Now, it never had one (a middle seat) and it doesn't have
the built-in sliders that some of the Vanagons had.  But
I understand that the middle seat from one of these will
actually fit between the sliding door and the kitchen cabinets.

If I can find the floor hardware and the seat and it fits,
then I'd be willing to oblige my wife and find some way to
add the removable seat.

I'm in Sonoma County, CA, USA.
