I thought the whole reason that VW is no longer going with westy conversions in NA is that westy coversions (with the deutsche mark factored in) were just too pricy to compete with the domestically outfitted conversions such as winnie etc.

FWIW westy has converted benz trucks in the past.

What a mismatch, but then again so was Winnebego for VW for the converse.

Too bad, their minivans are too small, and their full size vans too big. Maybe a midsize van in the future?
