Try filling the filter with oil, then remove the spark plugs and crank rapidly under no load until you get some pressure. If you can get at it, remove the oil pressure sender if you still don't get pressure and crank until oil comes out.

If none of the above work, you could install an external oil filter adapter, attach hoses and a funnel on the intake site, then pour oil into the funnel. Crank over by hand until you get oil out of the sender port and then reassemble everything. This costs a few bucks but is easier than removing the engine.
