I would be inclined to check out your fuel pressure regulator, or eventually the temperature sensor. The temp sensor is on the lower left side of the engine looking from above . It may be that the connection just needs cleaning. If the resistance is too high when the engine is hot, it will overly richen the mixture, telling the computer that the engine is still cold.
