Don't know rear bumper costs but of course your insurance rates will go up.
They go up when you get up in the morning [increased risk you might actually
use the insured vehicle]


Good luck, and on another person's fault accident your rates aren't supposed
to be raised but the insurance companies are not in business to cover you.
They are in business to make money.  Period.
