The '82 has left me stranded a few times so now I carry the following:

Metrick Socket set in it's own snazzy case.

In a canvas bag: 5 screw drivers, 1 long slotted for the carb, one stubby slotted, 3 philips, small to pop-top size 2 cresent wrenches 1 hammer 1 hacksaw 8, 10, 12, (2) 13, 15 and 17 mm combo wrenches linemans pliers needlnose pliers vise grips ("idiot's speedwrench") RoboGrips (gift from wife) digital muliti-meter continuity probe 12V glow probe wire stripper/crimper soldering iron spare tips thin razor knife w/spare blades

in ammo box: Gaffers Tape ( a high strenght, black, cloth based form of duct tape) wire ends wire, various gages and lengths elect tape friction tape nylon wire ties spare nuts, washers, lock washers and bolts coil cap and rotor spark plugs points idle and main jets (for the progressive carb install) fuses

in rear closet: timing light tach/dwell meter headlamp 4L oil 1 bottle gin (oops, helps when waitng for AAA) latex exam gloves hatchet (when all else fails?)
