I'm glad you included the duct tape. One of the most important tools!
I carry a canvas tool bag with most of the tools you mention. I also take a
1/2" breaker bar, an allen key set, ignition pliers, vice grips, spare fuses
and a can of WD40. I also keep a spare alternator belt and a quart of oil at
all times.
The easy to replace CV boot sounds like a great idea.

I'm usually a little more industrial and take a 1/2" metric socket kit.
Other tools that have saved my bacon in the past - CV joint special socket,
big socket for the end of the axle, vise grips, bailing wire, duct tape
(the GOOD stuff), multi meter, 100' spool of 14ga wire, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17,
19mm wreches, assortment of screw drivers, assortment of 10, 13 15 and 17mm
bolts and nuts. All of this fits in a waterproof NATO 5.56x45mm ammo box
with a few silicone bean bags to make sure it is dry. Also a good set of
work gloves and a rag or two makes things rattle-proof in the box.
When I go on long trips I get a little carried away: 4L of 20w50 oil (one
jug), oil filter, oil plug. Timing belt and V-belt. Water pump and spare
45A alternator. Points and condensor ignition system with four fresh spark
plugs and 8L of coolant. Sometimes I am hours from no where and if I take
it, I never need it - which is OK by me!
