This is a hoax.  It is even easy to spot as a hoax.  For more information

This is a new one, but come on.. anyone who's been on the list for a while
has seen a dozen of these.

By the way..

CIAC is THE source for internet security.  They are the folks who wrote the
1st virus (a long story, and an accident) and are the folks in charge of
coordinating all internet virus responces.  Say what you will, but they do
know what they are talking about.
