Hello all.

    I'm new to newsgroups and the internet (less than a year online) but I
have owned diesels for more than ten years. I own an 86 Golf diesel and an
82 Westy diesel awaiting a new plant. I have a 1.6 that I pulled out of my
79 Rabbit this summer ready to go in. Don't raise those eyebrows... its only
got 40k on it, as it was the second engine in my venerable old "Champeon".

    I'm writing for two reasons:

        1. After only two days of lurking around, I think this is the best
community of its kind that I have seen.
        2. Does anyone know of any VW diesel-specific newsgroups?
