Hello,

Thanks for all the replies and the interest in a TDI engine conversion. I
have now over 40 names and decided that there are too many to do it by
newsletter where I would have to do all the responding. There are two options:
1. to create a new forum 
2. to leave all discussions on the vanagon list

I have (somewhat reluctantly) decided to try out option one and have
created a new list at 
http://www.onelist.com called TDI-conversion.

It is an open list for everyone. If you want to talk TDI conversion, let's
do it there. Then we have space to discuss more details. My reason for
doing this was to keep the traffic on the vanagon list down. I will make
sure that important information will also be posted to the vanagon list
from time to time, but I will not encourage continuous double posting on
various lists. The purpose is to be helpful to each other and maintain some
focus.

If this does not work we can always shut it down again and try another option.
