Sorry we [true Californians] don't count the mountains, and especially Lake Tahoe, as California. First you can't see the air. Isn't it kind of scary not being able to see what you breathe? Second, while occasionally there's the correct amount of traffic [grid lock] usually there isn't. How can you enjoy the drive unless you stop every 15 feet to admire the scenery?

So it true there is cold weather in California. It's only Technically California, not truly.
